When my disabled father was with this company my father was going through a lot. And Mr.Sims was very helpful and helped out with making sure my dad was okay and making sure he’s resources was being fully utilized with whatever he needed. Mr. Sims went above and beyond. Great company and employees.

1st choice has been wonderful to me! They make sure I have a caregiver that fits my needs! I’ve only talked to Joe on the phone & he is very outgoing & understanding! Stacy is very smart , professional and she listens to you. Unlike some other companies they do not tell you what you want to hear they are upfront & honest. They truly care about the clients needs! ♥️

The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and takes the time to figure out our needs. We were very impressed with the customer service! Especially Stacy Roberts, she is so sincere in the way she cares about the family! She shares her expertise and has taken the time to walk through this process with us!
