Founded and owned by Alycia Stroud RN, 1st Choice Home Care is a private care agency devoted to providing the best, in-home care services for veterans, seniors, disabled individuals and disabled children throughout the state of Arkansas. Alycia is a Registered Nurse, RN; she and her team bring more than 20 years of combined experience. 


Our mission is one that is simple. We want to help our patients regain a sense of independence with the help of a guiding hand. We’ve been changing the way our patients and families think of onsite assisted living because we treat your family like our own.
